ONLINE ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Yes, this is a subscription service that sends your custom formula automatically to you every 3 months.

    You will be billed for your formula on a monthly basis (similar to a payment plan!).

    You can cancel/update your plan up to 14 days before your refill payment, just let our customer support team know at info@getvitaminlab.com.

    If cancellation occurs in the middle of a billing cycle, any scheduled outstanding payments must be received before cancellation is completed.

    *Deleting a saved formula from your profile will not cancel a subscription.

  • Shipping is free for all orders within North America. For international orders, your shipping fee will be calculated once your delivery information has been entered during the checkout process.

    Please note that if you are ordering a 90 day formula with international shipping, the shipping fee will be split across your three monthly payments. For example, $30 shipping will add $10 to each of your three monthly payments.

  • All taxes are included in the monthly cost shown in the checkout process. International orders may be subject to duties or custom charges upon delivery.

  • Our formulas are completely customized to you (and therefore can take a little bit longer than other online purchases!)

    Once you have placed your order, please allow approximately 15 business days for your order to be completed and delivered.

    For international orders the shipping time may vary based on your location. Please note that our manufacturer, VitaminLab is a Canadian based business, orders may be slightly delayed due to Canadian statutory holidays.

  • To update your delivery address just send our customer support team a quick email at you info@getvitaminlab.com letting us know where would like your next shipment of vitamins to be delivered.

  • To update your payment information, reach out to our customer support team at info@getvitaminlab.com or 1-888-948-4360

  • We are happy to accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

  • If you would like to delay your next shipment please contact our customer support team at info@getvitaminlab.com. We are able to apply a pause to your account up to 14 days before any refill payment (every 4th payment).

FORMULAS

  • You have the choice of either vegetable capsules or powder for your formula.

    For powder formulas, we offer an unflavored option or berry flavored option which is sweetened with stevia.

  • Just simply follow the dosage directions on your label.

    For powder formulas, use the scoop provided and mix your daily dose with water, juice or a smoothie. For best taste, we suggest drinking immediately after mixing.

    For capsules, follow your suggested daily capsule dose. You can split your capsules up throughout the day if preferred. We recommend taking your capsules with a meal, rather than on an empty stomach.

  • We have found that on average it takes at least 3 months for people to notice a difference in their health after starting a new supplement.

    As a result, our formulas are sent in 90-day supplies to provide you the most cost effective option that will allow enough time for your body to adjust and begin correcting deficiencies.

    You will automatically be sent refills so you never have to worry about running out of vitamins again!

  • You can make changes to your formula up to 14 days prior to your next refill date. Contact our customer support team if you wish to make adjustments at info@getvitaminlab.com

  • Our formulas are made in an FDA registered and GMP compliant facility located in British Columbia, Canada.

  • Our team of Registered Nutritionists are here to help!

  • A select few of our ingredients are derived from Soy, and are marked with a red *.

    If you’d like us to modify your formula to ensure it’s soy-free, just send our customer support team an email at info@getvitaminlab.com after you place your order and we’ll let you know if any modifications are required.

  • Our custom formulas are not designed specifically for pregnancy. We recommend consulting with your primary care provider before beginning any new supplement routine.

  • Our ingredients are sourced from all over the globe. 

    We only use professional grade, highest quality ingredients available! Once they arrive at our manufacturer in Canada, each ingredient is then tested by the Quality Assurance team.

  • Your custom vitamins are guaranteed to be at full efficacy until 6 months after their production date. The manufacturing date will be clearly stated on your pouch.

  • We recommend storing your vitamins in a cool, dry place. To ensure the freshness of your vitamins, avoid allowing moisture to enter the pouch, and keep them out of direct sunlight.

    Pro tip: we recommend storing them in a place that helps you remember to to take your vitamins daily – like beside your favorite coffee mug!

  • Our online quiz asks a series of questions to gather information on diet, lifestyle, health history and health goals.

    Based on this information we suggest nutrients for your formula backed by nutritional literature research. This generates a formula that is specifically tailored to help you achieve your goals. 

  • Since all formulas are unique, formulas can vary in cost, the final monthly cost of your formula will be shown on the final page once you’ve completed the questionnaire.

  • Yes. Your PHI is de-identified and encrypted in our database ensuring that your PHI is kept safe and secure. We will only receive information that you choose to share with us, and our customer information system is encrypted to be fully HIPPA compliant.

  • The questionnaire is a great place to start! If you have very specific ideas of the supplements you’d like to take, or you’re looking to consolidate your current supplements, please reach out to our customer support team at info@getvitaminlab.com.

  • We’d love to! Our team of supplement experts are here to provide you with support in creating your own unique formula through a complimentary consultation. RETURNS

  • We want you to love everything about your custom formula!

    Since this is a completely custom product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

    However, we are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have with your current formulation and/or assist you in creating a complimentary replacement formula within 30 days of receiving your product, per our Reformulation Guarantee.

  • Due to the individualized nature of our products, and because all of our formulas are made 100% custom to each individual, returns/refunds are not offered. 

    If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after making your purchase. For changes outside of 24 hours, refunds cannot be provided.
